GINTELL will use all information and data gather from this website in accordance with GINTELL privacy policy.

GINTELL made this privacy statement to inform all visitors of this website regarding GINTELL information gathering and dissemination policy.

Information sharing
GINTELL may share your information with our preferred services providers to complement or improve our business operation in areas like data management, information analysis, market study, email distribution and/or sales and marketing purposes.

We have business relationship with individuals and companies whom we believe are trustworthy and share your information with them. They may use the shared information to contact you and promote various products and services that may appear to be of interest to you.

Your information may also be shared within GINTELL group of companies, whether in Malaysia or otherwise for the group’s business operation.

Cookies
An online feature known as cookie is used in GINTELL website. It is a small detachable data file that contain information like user ID that GINTELL website used to track the pages you visited. Policy Changes
This privacy statement effective date is on 15 NOvember 2007. Changes may be made to this policy statement from time to time.

Software
All software provided by GINTELL is subject to the terms and conditions of software licence stipulated by third party software supplier. Customers acknowledge and covenant that they shall adhere strictly to the terms and conditions of the software licence. Customers further agree that GINTELL does not warrant any software provided with the products.

At all material times, the intellectual property rights of the software shall remain with GINTELL or the third party software licensor.

Title and Risk
Upon delivery of the products, the title to and risk in the products shall pass to the Customers absolutely. However, the licensor of the software shall retain its title therein.

Delivery
GINTELL shall deliver the products to such place in Malaysia that may be specified by the Customers and agreed by GINTELL. For international deliveries, it shall be delivered to the port designated by GINTELL at its sole discretion. Customers shall be responsible at their own costs and expenses for the full compliance with all local statutory and regulatory requirements for the products to be imported, operated and used in that country. GINTELL may deliver the products in one shipment/delivery or by a few deliveries in any sequence it deems fit. In the case of multiple deliveries, each delivery shall form a separate contract and no default, failure or neglect by GINTELL to make any of the deliveries shall invalidate the contract in respect of the products delivered previously or to be delivered.

Any date of delivery quoted by GINTELL shall be approximate only and GINTELL shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery of the products under whatsoever circumstances.

Liability
 1.  GINTELL’s total liability to the Customers and/or any third party under whatsoever circumstances in respect of each event or series of connected or unconnected events shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for the products or services.
 2.
Any typo-graphical, clerical or other error or omission in any sales or promotional literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, delivery orders, invoices and/or any other documents or information issued by GINTELL shall be subject to further correction without any liability whatsoever.

Terms and Conditions of Limited Warranty
 1. GINTELL warrants all its products (except third party software, armrest, backrest, headrest, casing, remote controller, cabinets, knobs, antennas, accessories, wear and tear and scratches) against material and workmanship defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of invoice.  
 2. During the warranty period (within one (1) year from the invoice date), GINTELL will repair the defective products returned to GINTELL’s office stated below :

 3.   Customers have to prepay all shipping and transportation charges and insure the shipment or bear the consequences of any loss or damage. GINTELL will deliver the repaired products to Customers PROVIDED the Customers have prepaid the shipping and transportation charges.

Important Notes
1. This warranty is valid for GINTELL products purchased and operated in Malaysia only.
2. Customers are required to retain the original proof of purchase and produce the same with the Customer’s portion of warranty card to claim for free services during the warranty period.
3. This warranty will be void and inapplicable if :
    3.1 duly completed warranty card is not received by GINTELL within 14 days from the date of invoice;
3.2 particulars in the warranty have been altered or tempered with;
3.3 the serial number on the products are tempered with, removed or in any way rendered illegible;
3.4 the products have been used for any unintended purposes or operated not in accordance with the operation manual or instructions;
3.5 the products have been damaged during shipment or transportation or storage;
3.6 damages caused by normal wear and tear, lightning, flood, fire, storm and tempest, subsidence, landslide, riots neglect or improper handling or operation of the products;
3.7 products have been repaired, tempered with altered or modified with by any person unauthorised by GINTELL;
3.8 GINTELL shall not be liable for any direct or indirect consequential loss, accidental or otherwise; and/or
3.9 The warranty seal has been tempered with or broken.

Warranty cards
 1.   Please complete both portions of the warranty card and ensure that it is rubber stamped by the agent or outlet processing the sale.
 2. All completed warranty cards not received by GINTELL within 14 days of invoice date shall be void and invalidated. Accordingly, GINTELL shall be entitled to impose normal service charges for any services rendered during the warranty period.
