Job Description:

  • Manage sales performance of branches in align with weekly, monthly, and annual targets.
  • Conduct industry analysis for identifying and proposing product improvement and marketing initiatives.
  • Conducting sales and product related training to showroom staffs. 
  • Coaching and counselling. 
  • Manage the discipline of showroom's staff. 

Job Requirements:

  • SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business Studies / Marketing / Retail Management or equivalent. 
  • At least 3 years working experience in retail management, sales & marketing. 
  • Possess retail operations experience inclusive of sales management, product display, stock, training & development of staff and inventory management. 
  • Possess positive attitude and able to work independently. 
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel. 
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills. 
  • Applicants should be Malaysian Citizens or hold relevant residence status. 

Basic pay + Commission + Overriding = Up to RM5,000+ per month.
